Bruno has a passion for teaching, having taught students between the ages of 5 and 65 for over 10 years. He currently teaches classical and jazz piano to diploma level at the Centre for Young Musicians (attached to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama) as well as teaching private students of differing ages. In the past years, Bruno has taught, given master classes and lectured in institutions such as the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Cornish College for the Arts – Seattle, the Shanghai Conservatory, the Damascus Conservatory, King Alfred School, the Blackheath Conservatory, South Hampstead High School and Sheffield University. He has taught key stage 3-5 music, GCSE composition and A level jazz history as well as teaching jazz harmony classes and taking small bands at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Bruno was artistic director of the Vortex Summer School 2014. It was open to all ages, and was funded by the Arts Council England.
Bruno is about to undertake a practice based PhD at the RNCM. This has been funded by the AHRC.
